About the Client
Founded in 2017, ÜLKA is one of Ukraine’s leading suppliers of equipment for the beauty industry.
The Challenge
Although the company had a significant volume of data and reports, quick access was complicated — the data lived in different systems and wasn’t easily comparable. The client came to us with a request to integrate their data into a single system to speed up analysis and create user-friendly, clear reports to support effective day-to-day management.
The Solution
The fint8 team developed an interactive Power BI dashboard for ÜLKA’s management team:
- Unified Dashboard: A management dashboard that brings together key metrics from marketing, sales, finance, and operations across three separate information systems.

- Custom Access Levels: Four levels of data access were implemented to ensure confidentiality and secure usage by department heads.
